Dr. Ally McDonough, a board-certified pediatric dentist and Berks County native, is proud to continue her family’s legacy of oral healthcare by founding Little Bee’s Pediatric Dentistry alongside her father’s long-standing practice. With advanced training from top institutions like the University of Pennsylvania and Children’s National Hospital, Dr. Ally is passionate about creating a warm, child-friendly environment where families feel supported and informed.

Dr. Kyra is a South Central Pennsylvania native who discovered her passion for working with children after several years as a general dentist. She completed her pediatric dental residency at Nemours Children’s Hospital and is excited to return to Central PA to join the Little Bee Pediatric Dentistry team. Dr. Kyra is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD).

Dr. Jacqueline Caster brings a well-rounded background in both general and pediatric dentistry, with experience in private practice, military service, and academic teaching. After serving as a general dentist with the U.S. Air Force, she pursued specialized training in pediatric dentistry at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where she was chief resident. A Mechanicsburg native, Dr. Caster is also a clinical faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania and has a special interest in diagnosing and managing tongue and lip ties in breastfeeding patients.
