New Patients
We are excited to have you join our office! After scheduling your first appointment our team will send you a link to the email address on file to register for our patient portal. In this portal you can fill out all assigned paperwork prior to coming in for your child’s appointment. We encourage parents to fill out the paperwork prior to coming in as it will save everyone time and allow you to focus on getting your child acclimated.
