At Little Bee’s Pediatric Dentistry, we provide a calming atmosphere in the dental office and limit distractions as much as possible. We believe in a “show and tell” approach, where we educate your child on everything we are doing before we begin. This helps them feel more comfortable with what is happening rather than getting surprised. We also offer sedation dentistry to help children feel more relaxed and at ease throughout their visits. Nitrous oxide is a mild type of sedation that can be used throughout dental check-ups and other types of visits. IV sedation is also available for visits requiring treatment. If sedation can help your little bee feel more comfortable during their visit, our team can discuss sedation options with you to find the right option for your child.
